Overview Creative Content Designer role at HappyRobot. We’re looking for a Creative Content Designer to bring our brand to life across social media and blog content. This role is key to helping customers and prospects understand who we are and the value we offer, through engaging visuals, motion, and multimedia. You’ll own the creation of assets that support brand awareness, solution understanding, and sales enablement.

About HappyRobot HappyRobot is a platform to build and deploy AI workers that automate communication. Our AI workers connect to any system or data source to handle phone calls, email, and messages. We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book, check on, and pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, shippers, warehouses, and other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.

Responsibilities

Bring the brand to life across social media and blog content

Create assets that support brand awareness, solution understanding, and sales enablement

Deliver engaging visuals, motion, and multimedia

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in content design, creative marketing, or a similar role

Proficiency in Figma and strong visual design skills

Experience creating content for social media and blogs

Ability to design for brand consistency while keeping things fresh and engaging

Strong storytelling through visual formats

Nice-to-Have

Experience with video production and basic editing

Animation or motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)

Familiarity with social performance metrics and optimizing creative for engagement

Experience in a startup or fast-moving environment

Interest in tech, SaaS, or B2B storytelling through design
