Division Controller
for their team in the western suburbs of Chicago. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for: Overseeing
month-end close
and
financial reporting
for the division Driving the
FP&A process Ensuring strong
internal controls Collaborating closely with
corporate accounting and finance leadership Why This Role Stands Out
Strategic exposure to both
division operations
and
corporate leadership Opportunity to shape financial processes and influence business decisions Hybrid work setup with 3 days in office a week and travel up to 25%, primarily across the Midwest to have a pulse on the business What the company is Looking For
10+ years
of progressive experience, including
Controllership Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
and
CPA Public accounting experience
highly preferred Public company experience and an understanding of
SOX
highly preferred Familiarity with
Oracle
or similar ERP systems Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range
170-210k Bonus target up to
25%
based on company and individual performance Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis. PTO hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year. Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision and
