You will: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the US insurance and financial services industry. Use your market knowledge and network to grow Sollers presence and influence across the region. Lead and support strategic initiatives, including sales enablement, offering development, opportunity identification, and deal closing. Mentor account teams and support them in managing complex client and delivery environments. Support delivery teams by representing client needs and strategic priorities. Represent Sollers externally through industry events, expert content, and thought leadership activities. Collaborate closely with global leadership and cross-functional teams to align US market growth with overall company strategy. About the requirements
Experience & Industry Knowledge 7+ years of experience
in business development, sales, or partnerships in the
U.S. insurance industry . Demonstrated
track record of success
in selling to or partnering with
insurance carriers ,
insurtech companies , or
insurance service providers . Deep
understanding of the U.S. insurance ecosystem , including P&C, Life, or Health segments, depending on your product fit. Existing network
of senior-level contacts (e.g., CIOs, CTOs, Innovation Leads, Heads of Digital) within mid-sized to large U.S. insurance companies. Experience in delivering large-scale enterprise software implementations (e.g., Guidewire or similar), Underwriting workbench, digital solutions, data, process automation. Proven ability to
initiate and lead conversations
with C-level decision-makers and build trust-based relationships. Strong
consultative sales skills
- ability to understand client needs and position solutions accordingly. Strategic Thinking & Execution Cooperating with regional manager on developing market strategy, including identifying key targets, crafting value propositions, and refining outreach approaches. Additional Requirements Willingness to travel as needed for conferences, meetings, and industry networking events About the wishes. Nice to haves: Active participation in industry events, publications, or expert communities. Experience creating thought leadership content such as articles, webinars, or presentations.
