We are seeking an accomplished
Enterprise Architect
with proven expertise in
Product Information Management (PIM)
and enterprise-level solution design. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to navigate organizational pillars, rally cross-functional teams, and drive scenario-based decision-making. This role requires someone who can provide architectural thought leadership, influence stakeholders, and ensure scalable, future-proof solutions for our evolving PIM landscape. Responsibilities Serve as the
architectural leader for PIM platforms , guiding current and future-state architectures. Provide
strategic direction and thought leadership
on enterprise architecture practices, frameworks, and governance. Partner with business, product, and technology teams to ensure
alignment between PIM capabilities and enterprise objectives . Evaluate and guide the potential
transition from InRiver to alternate PIM platforms , ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value delivery. Drive
scenario-based decision making , weighing technical feasibility, business impact, and scalability. Lead
solution design reviews, vendor assessments, and integration strategies
for PIM and related systems. Navigate organizational complexities, negotiate priorities, and influence stakeholders across business and IT. Champion
best practices in data governance, system integration, and performance optimization
in B2B environments. 10+ years of experience in
enterprise/solution architecture , with a strong track record in
PIM platforms . Hands-on exposure to
InRiver PIM
(and/or similar PIM solutions such as Salsify, Stibo, Akeneo, Informatica PIM, etc.). Strong background in
enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and data models . Experience working in
B2B organizations
with complex product data, catalogs, and workflows. Exceptional
stakeholder management and negotiation skills ; ability to influence without direct authority. Proven ability to
rally and inspire cross-functional teams
to align on architectural direction. Deep understanding of
digital commerce ecosystems, MDM, and data governance frameworks . Self-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and a
strategic mindset .
