Base pay range

$45,000.00/hr - $65,000.00/hr Responsibilities

Controls day to day operations by scheduling, ordering, and developing the restaurant team members. Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate action. Recruits, interviews and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action as needed, motivates and trains. Ensures that the Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health safety codes, as well as the company safety and security policies are being adhered to. Ensures that the restaurant is in compliance with the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance. Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team. Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards. Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction. Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs. Maintains food quality with sense of urgency towards check times. Strong communication skills. Helps prepare and create weekly specials. Ability to work 8-10 hour plus shifts and to stand or walk for extended periods. Reliable transportation to and from work. Able to write a weekly work schedule. Able to work with Excel spreadsheets for inventory and cost controls. Qualifications

Previous management experience in full service restaurants. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Strong leadership qualities; ability to lead by example and stay upbeat and positive under pressure. Hours per week
