Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) at Cymertek Corporation Location: Honolulu, HI 96815 Clearance: TS/SCI Full Poly (U.S. citizenship required) Position Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases Monitor database performance and optimize queries Manage database backups and recovery processes Implement and enforce database security measures Troubleshoot and resolve database issues Create and maintain database documentation Required Skills
Proficiency in Oracle database management tools Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming Experience with database performance tuning Familiarity with database backup and recovery techniques Understanding of data security practices Ability to manage database replication and clustering Desired Skills
Experience with cloud-based database solutions Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible) Knowledge of Oracle RAC and Data Guard Understanding of data warehousing concepts Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) Experience with database migrations and upgrades Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Alternate experience may be considered in lieu of a degree depending on contract requirements. Employer Details
