Provide legal support and advice on matters involving contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution Draft, review, and interpret a variety of legal documents and correspondence Manage client and customer communications related to legal matters, including phone calls and inquiries Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies Maintain organized case files, databases, and tracking systems Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve legal issues efficiently Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Legal, Regulatory, or Compliance-focused role Strong knowledge of legal regulations and compliance requirements Proven experience in reviewing and drafting legal documents Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication abilities Professional experience handling legal-related calls or inquiries from clients or customers Prior work experience in an attorney's office or court environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and take initiative Desired Skills
Paralegal certification and/or Legal Studies background Seniority level
