Successful candidates will have a proven track record of successfully drafting and negotiating deals at their current firm, and will have a book of business. Practice areas can include M&A, entity formation, securities, and more. This firm has the staff and resources to help partners to effectively serve their clients, with adequate staff support, associates, and administration to help with billing.

Base Salary:
$250,000 - $750,000+ DOE and book of business Billable Requirement:
