Must be a current member in good standing of the Delaware Bar. Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school and strong writing & research skills. Significant corporate litigation experience in the Delaware Court of Chancery and general litigation experience in other DE courts. Judicial Clerks are encouraged to apply. Additional Information
