Senior HRBP . You will play a pivotal role in fostering positive employee relations, handling corrective actions, leading investigations, and supporting HR Business Partners across all company locations. You will report to the VP of HR. This is a direct-hire opportunity in North Portland, OR. Hybrid, with travel up to 30% to So-Cal, OK, MO, and PA. Responsibilities
Foster positive employee relations across the organization. Handle corrective actions with consistency and fairness. Lead and manage complex employee investigations. Support HR Business Partners across all company locations. Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with company values. Ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational objectives. Develop and execute HR strategies in line with the companys overall strategy. Design and implement strategic employee relations programs. Lead innovative approaches to employee engagement. Collaborate as part of the HR Management team to shape HR direction and impact. Qualifications
7 yrs+ of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles. Focus on employee relations, investigations, and engagement is required. SHRM-SCP or SPHR is highly preferred. Compensation and Benefits
