The Manager, HR Operations will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Xometry's People department. This position will oversee data related to the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and will be responsible for maximizing the employee experience. Additionally, the Manager will oversee the HR Help Desk, providing support and assistance to employees. Responsibilities

Provide leadership, strategic guidance, and development opportunities to a high-performing team of HR Operations professionals; foster a collaborative, results-driven environment; ensure the team has the resources and knowledge needed. Oversee data related to the employee life cycle (onboarding, role and compensation changes, performance reviews, offboarding); develop and implement processes to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience; manage employee records and data privacy compliance. Oversee the HR Help Desk, providing timely and accurate support to employees; train and manage HR Help Desk staff; provide reporting on Help Desk metrics. Manage and optimize HR systems and technology including HRIS, ATS, and performance management tools; identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights; develop and maintain key HR metrics and reports. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; stay updated on changes and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 7+ years of HR Operations experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of employment law. Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred). Excellent organizational skills; ability to work effectively in a high-growth tech environment. HR Management certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. Data analytics experience. Ability to work onsite 3 days a week at the Waltham, MA office.
