Overview

As Vice President of Adjacent Markets, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies to enter new markets. This individual will drive growth by rapidly growing Aristocrat’s reach and revenue streams through market expansion, diversification, and innovation. Key duties consist of conducting market research, developing business strategies, and leading teams. What You'll Do

Leading the commercial strategy for all adjacent (CII, HRM, COAM, VLT/VGT/Routes) and new land-based markets globally.

Orchestrating strategic expansion initiatives into emerging gaming markets across North America.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and tailored solutions for new jurisdictions.

Leading business development efforts with tribal, commercial, and lottery partners.

Navigate evolving regulations across different jurisdictions, demonstrating understanding of local licensing requirements, data privacy laws, and responsible gaming practices.

Conduct market research to identify potential new markets, analyze competitive landscapes, and assess market opportunities.

Collaborate with internal and external partners, including marketing, sales, products, and operations, to ensure successful market entry and ongoing growth.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field and 15+ years of experience, or a combination of both preferred

Expertise in CII, HRM, COAM, VLT/VGT/Routes, and developing terrestrial markets across the globe.

10+ years of dynamic leadership experience in marketing or business development roles, preferably in the gaming industry

Deep understanding of market research methodologies, competitive analysis, and financial modeling

Tight-knit Teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

Executive presence, strategic vision, and a passion for innovation in player engagement

Up to 75% Pay Range

$252,339 - $468,630 per year Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
