Your Role as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative: Insurance is a vital industry that offers peace of mind as people look to protect their assets. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from warm leads and current policyholders to assist them with their insurance needs, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and consult with prospective clients to identify their insurance needs. Educate customers about our insurance products and services while recognizing opportunities to recommend additional coverage. Communicate all necessary coverage details clearly and precisely using provided resources. Resolve inquiries and formulate solutions for customers by researching and analyzing their insurance-related issues. Engage with a diverse range of individuals effectively.
