Cadence/Prelude & Referrals Epic Analyst, Senior
Seattle Children's Hospital is building an innovative Epic Community Connect program to extend our electronic health record (EHR) system to primary care clinics across our region, enhancing pediatric care coordination and outcomes. This Senior Business Systems Analyst role focuses on front-office access functions for Seattle Children's primary care clinics and Community Connect partners. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer-facing acumen, enjoy problem-solving, and be adept at thinking outside the box and solutioning quickly. You will have primary responsibility for the system design, build, and support of these applications, ensuring they are optimized to meet the needs of our partners. Experience with some specialty build and a strong understanding of how to support patient engagement within the Community Connect model.
Responsibilities
Lead design, build, and support of Epic Cadence/Prelude/Referrals front-office access applications for our primary care clinics and Community Connect partners.
Ensure configurations are optimized to meet partner needs and support patient engagement within Community Connect.
Collaborate with customers, solve problems, and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates technical competency.
Minimum of five (5) years in an Information Services environment, including at least three (3) years configuring and supporting enterprise content management applications.
Proven project management skills, tools, and methodologies; experience leading committees, projects, and activities.
Proven ability to apply standard principles, theories, and concepts related to the technical discipline.
Experience with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications and/or systems.

Compensation
Compensation Range: $104,797.00 - $157,195.00 per year
Salary Information: This range is for Seattle, WA; offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
Notes: This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours per year). Remote work availability is state-specific (WA, AK, MT, GA, FL).
