Lead and support operational assessment projects and performance improvement initiatives, including: Clinical operations and workforce optimization Workforce productivity and expense evaluations Detailed service line analyses System throughput enhancement Facilitate client communications and coordinate updates to workplans and engagement deliverables. Contribute to the development of proposals, agreements, research, reports, and presentations. Manage projects by coordinating timelines and deliverables for successful execution. Analyze and interpret data to uncover actionable insights and create compelling visualizations. Drive improvements in system throughput, workforce productivity, and organizational structure. Develop tailored deliverables to drive impactful outcomes. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a Healthcare-related discipline 4+ years of relevant experience in operations Strong understanding of operational workflows and efficiency improvement strategies Experience with data analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field Experience in healthcare consulting within a professional services firm Illinois Wage Transparency
Pursuant to Illinois' Equal Pay Act, the salary range displayed is for the Illinois market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt/hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek. Benefits are eligibility-based and could include group health plan benefits, 401(K), bonuses, profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave.
