$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Coordinate payroll processing and support benefits administration, leave management (FMLA, CFRA, ADA), and HRIS updates. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. Support employee relations, workplace investigations, and disciplinary processes. Help manage workers’ comp, unemployment claims, and other risk-related documentation. Promote HR and safety training compliance and workplace wellness initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of HR experience
(Construction industry preferred). Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices. Experience with workers' compensation and leave management. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office; HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP). Seniority level
