Compass . Compass seeks a Marketing Advisor to join the team that shapes all of our agents' marketing and branding projects from concept to execution. This team provides vital project management, strategic support, and empowers agents to achieve their marketing goals. You will deliver value that makes clients' marketing efforts more efficient, less time-consuming, and more impactful while collaborating with various stakeholders to create offerings and strategies that positively affect the agent experience on a 'big picture’ scale. Please note: this role is 100% in-office in Seattle (837 N 34th St). Responsibilities
Support execution of marketing initiatives for a varied portfolio of real estate agents, resulting in business growth and satisfaction. Project manage the creation of custom agent marketing needs including managing the design workflow, liaising with vendors, communicating updates with agents, and following up on success/metrics post campaign. Develop marketing strategies and recommendations that cut through the noise and allow agents to maximize their budget effectiveness across branding, print advertising, digital, social, direct mail, video, paid media, etc. Act as a subject matter expert by deeply understanding market performance, client account needs, Compass tools and programming, and regional nuances. Build and maintain relationships with empathy, handling objections calmly. Organize and assemble templated creative work such as print ads, brochures, and more utilizing InDesign. Provide “surprise & delight” experiences for agents, from personalized recognition notes to targeted marketing strategies. Be a culture carrier who inspires and empowers those around you with a positive approach to implementing change. Qualifications
2-5 years of marketing experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build and manage relationships with empathy. Deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning across multiple channels. Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities. Passion for the intersection of marketing and technology; ability to articulate benefits. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign. Prior real estate industry experience preferred. Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $72,000-77,000 annually; base pay offered may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met. Perks
