Senior Manager, HCP Digital Marketing (Hybrid)

Overview The Senior Manager, HCP Digital Marketing (Healthcare Provider) is responsible for the strategic and tactical digital executions that drive engagement and education with HCPs. This role leads the design of impactful HCP media strategies and investments and translates data and insights into holistic cross-channel media plans. The candidate translates the language of digital marketing to clarify its impact on business performance. By collaborating with product marketing, downstream marketing, global marketing excellence, and other key partners, this role helps transform how Insulet engages with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
Lead and transform digital HCP strategy and execution across multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, social, web, etc.) in partnership with downstream marketing to attract and engage HCPs
Lead the media agency on key digital strategies
Develop the team's technical digital marketing skills to drive multi-touch marketing campaigns
Inspire stakeholders to embrace HCP digital marketing and adopt best-in-class engagement strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless development and activation of HCP media plans
Oversee and manage owned channels for HCPs, including Omnipot.com, social, and email lists
Champion a customer-centric approach, leveraging behavioral insights to refine targeting and messaging
Continuously experiment, analyze, and iterate to optimize digital performance
Stay current with industry trends and leverage innovative ways to improve digital activations
Measure Digital Performance & Impact
Establish a data-driven framework to define, track, and optimize KPIs across all digital HCP initiatives
Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalization to enhance engagement and conversion
Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on campaign performance and business impact
Skills / Competencies & Qualifications
Proven track record leading successful digital HCP marketing campaigns in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
Technical skills to collaborate with IT/marketing cloud teams
Experience partnering with internal website teams and Salesforce managers
Experience planning and executing across omni-digital channels (email, paid media, social, web, etc.)
Strong analytics to translate complex data into actionable insights
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to present to and influence all levels of the organization and senior leadership
Experience with demand-gen automation tools and CRM systems
Extensive knowledge of the HCP digital landscape, traditional and emerging
Experience working with agencies and publishers to develop engaging creative
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
8+ years of marketing experience
5+ years of experience leading HCP digital marketing, including omnichannel campaigns
Experience with digital media planning and/or execution within an agency or on the client-side
Experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company, or in an agency serving the industry
Travel approximately 25%
Preferred
Experience with digital media planning and execution targeted toward healthcare providers
Experience managing blogs, KOL promotion, newsletters, and other narrative-based activations
Experience working at a fast-paced, high-growth company
Note This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements and requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least three (3) days per week.
Additional Information The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,600.00 - $252,900.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
