What We Do Our objective is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations. This is rooted in EY’s SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors) focused on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity.
The opportunity is to innovate with SAP, co-create more innovative answers, and draw on our integrated competencies in tax, assurance, transactions and risk, as well as our work in implementing SAP. Your Responsibilities
On your typical engagement, you will work with key stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities.
You will initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, and design the functional solution.
Liaise with stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
As a Senior Manager in Technology Business Analysis, evaluate and understand complex business models, processes, and operations; translate business requirements into technical specifications for delivery teams.

Thought leadership, providing expert insights and tackling complex problems with best practice knowledge.
Identify sales and new opportunities
Participate in client engagements from planning to execution and closure
Manage engagement economics with a focus on chargeability and revenue generation

Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen
Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge
Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams
Consistently deliver quality client services; monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed
Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels
Select appropriate methods and techniques to achieve results
Recommend policy changes and establish procedures
Exercise significant latitude in setting objectives and determining approaches to assignments
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
5-7 years of relevant experience in SAP
At least 3 years of experience working with one or more SAP modules
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members
Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and advisory experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions
Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
A willingness to travel to meet client needs
Preferred Extras
Prior consulting industry experience
SAP Certification(s)
Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module

What We Offer You
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US of $171,600 to $392,100; in NYC Metro, WA state and CA (excluding Sacramento) the base range is $205,900 to $445,700. Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Total Rewards includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
Team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model; most people in client-serving roles are expected to work in person 40-60% of the time over a project or year.
Flexible vacation policy; you’ll decide how much vacation time you need, with time off for EY holidays, breaks, personal/family care, and other leaves to support well-being.
