In your role as the Area Asset Protection Manager for the Hawaii market, you will implement the overall Asset Protection program effectively. Your success will be influenced by your ability to build strong partnerships and communicate with boutique management, the RVP, partnering departments, the Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager, West Region, and AP Director. A key focus is taking proactive measures to minimize theft and safety concerns through comprehensive training. Daily responsibilities include effectively managing vendor guards, collaborating with vendor guard management for scheduling and performance, ensuring the maintenance of all AP-related equipment, and overseeing all aspects of Asset Protection for special events. Responsibilities
Responsibility for the Asset Protection Program for 2 retail locations in the Hawaii market. Conducts Asset protection training for locations in partnership with boutique management, Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager, and AP Director, ensuring employee knowledge and compliance with internal AP policies and local regulations. Responsible for the continual training of internal team and vendor guards, as well as new store opening trainings within the market. Investigation of losses based on theft, cycle counts, inventory, and transportation. Leads internal investigations regarding policy violations and other AP-related matters in close partnership with Legal, Internal Control and Human Resources. Partners with local LE to report instances of external theft. Supervision of vendor guards and direct reports where applicable. Maintains high level of organization with all AP documentation. Conducts regular boutique assessments using AP Checklist. Ensures consistent functionality of all AP equipment in locations of responsibility. Properly manages AP vendor related concerns. Travels to store locations within area of responsibility, including routine store visits and impromptu investigations, as needed. Open flexibility to ensure support during boutique operating hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. About You
Minimum of 2-3 years AP Management experience, preferably in luxury Retail setting. Exemplary partnership and relationship skills. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated investigative skills regarding both internal and external matters. Flexible availability and willingness to travel regularly within the Hawaii market. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills. Ability to lift 0-25lbs. Additional Details
Salary range: $90,094.58 - $106,475.42 annually. Actual rates are determined on the job, location, and individual experience. Travel: 40% of the role is dedicated to travel.
