Define and drive the strategic vision for Treasury Financial Accounts, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the core user experience. Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative money management features that are reliable and scalable. Engage with go-to-market teams to ensure the strategic direction is aligned with customer needs and market opportunities. Identify and articulate the unique value propositions of these capabilities for diverse user types, from startups to global enterprises. Responsibilities
Understand user needs: deeply understand the financial management needs of our diverse user base and how they can benefit from robust money management capabilities. Shape product strategy: develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with Stripes broader vision and market demands. Execute relentlessly: drive product development processes from ideation to launch, ensuring the delivery of high-value experiences for our users. Collaborate cross-functionally: work closely with engineering, design, legal, and other teams to ensure cohesive execution and alignment across all phases of product development and launch. Engage with stakeholders: advocate for the Treasury Financial Accounts vision internally and externally, ensuring key stakeholders are informed and engaged. Who you are
Minimum Requirements 8+ years of product management or related experience with a strong track record of launching impactful finance or payments products. Experience in developing and executing product strategies that involve complex financial systems or regulations. Ability to navigate and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and time zones. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in treasury services or financial account management. Founder background or experience in early-stage startup environments. A strong understanding of international payments, FX, and compliance. Background in building platforms with multiparty transaction capabilities. Location and work
Hybrid work at Stripe: this role is available either in an office or a remote location (35+ miles or 56+ km from a Stripe office). In-office expectations: Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in their local office or with users. Working remotely at Stripe: A remote location is defined as being 35 miles (56 kilometers) or more from one of our offices. You would regularly work from home rather than a Stripe office. Stripe does not cover the cost of relocating to a remote location. Pay and benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $214,300 - $321,500. Additional benefits include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.
