This position is a Senior Manager on the Foodservice & On-Premise (FSOP) Customer Finance - Customer Agreement Team (CAT). The role provides deal support including modeling, strategy, and negotiation support for customers across NAOU FSOP. The work includes new business, renewals, product expansion and strategic investments. It also provides commercial finance support for Innovation, Pricing and Customer Teams.
Responsibilities
Part of a dynamic, flexible agile team focused on the highest priority initiatives within the FSOP Operating Unit. The Customer Finance team works across customers, investments, planning, operations, and capability to drive growth, improve profitability, explore innovation, improve efficiency, and provide ad hoc financial insights. Operate as a networked unit, flexing resources as needed to provide superior business partnership and commercial finance analysis to the FSOP Operating Unit. Primary work includes customer support: deal negotiation and analysis, commercial analytics, pricing strategy, and ad hoc requests. As the role is agile, responsibilities may include innovation support, planning and performance management, capability building within Finance and Client Groups, and other ad hoc support as needed. Responsibility/Ownership Levels: Develop solutions for complex business needs; make recommendations to client and OU leadership; provide financial support to drive results aligned to long-term growth strategy. Education
Bachelor's Degree (prefer accounting or finance) Related Work Experience
Masters and/or CPA preferred but not required 5+ years of financial solutions/strategies and influencing work experience required Functional Skills

A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. Annual Incentive Reference Value: 15% Annual incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
