We are seeking a dedicated Beverage Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining the quality, cleanliness, and service standards of our Bar Area, ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests.
Reports to:
Management Team Daily Responsibilities: Communicate operational issues with Management regarding service quality and cleanliness. Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Ensure adherence to deadlines and standards outlined in the Bartender Training Manual. Identify and address areas of need within the beverage service and bar area. Inform guests about the company’s marketing efforts. Foster a positive and collaborative environment among staff. Assist in training new staff members in beverage service. Uphold safety and security procedures for staff and guests. Handle beverage service inventory responsibly. Treat all guests and staff members with dignity and respect. Requirements: Availability on Sundays on a rotating basis. No visible piercings beyond ears and a small nose stud. No visible tattoos deemed distasteful. Ability to maintain professionalism in a high-volume environment. Willingness to work in varying temperatures throughout the restaurant. Commitment to weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks. Punctuality and readiness for scheduled shifts. Answer guest inquiries regarding products and services. Compliance with all regulations regarding alcohol service. Maintain sanitation standards for serving areas and stored products. Ability to clean and sanitize equipment effectively. Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. Capacity to stand and remain active for an 8-hour shift, including navigating stairs. Additional Info: Uniform and Appearance Standards: As a Beverage Service Specialist, please adhere to our dress code: all staff must arrive fully dressed in uniform or change in designated areas.
