We prioritize internal promotions, giving you a clear pathway for growth. Your Responsibilities: Operate advanced extrusion and blow-molding machines effectively. Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure smooth production. Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment. Check product quality to meet customer specifications (e.g., weight, dimensions). Collaborate with colleagues to implement smarter operational processes. Engage in hands-on training for skill development and career progression. What You Bring: Willingness to work a 12-hour shift on our regular 3-2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend off. At least 1 year of experience in operating manufacturing equipment in a high-volume setting. Mechanical inclination—an interest in repairing and using tools. Experience with extrusion or blow molding machinery is a plus! Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems is advantageous! Strong problem-solving and mechanical troubleshooting abilities. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation. Your Compensation: Your base hourly pay starts at

Double-Time Pay
