HVAC Service Technician – Renton/Tukwila/Bellevue Corridor, WA
As an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the trusted expert our customers rely on for top-tier service, transparent options, and fast resolutions. If you bring the skills, we’ll give you the tools, benefits, and support to thrive.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/Cs, ductless mini splits)
Perform preventive maintenance and complete service documentation
Educate customers on service options, upgrades, and long-term solutions
Maintain company vehicle, tools, parts inventory, and safety gear
Represent the company with professionalism and excellent communication
Requirements
2+ years’ experience as an HVAC Technician
EPA Universal Certification (Required)
Valid WA driver’s license with a clean driving record
Great communication and sales skills (commissions available)
Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in crawl spaces
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Perks
Full-time $40/HR + Commission
