13 weeks Certification/Licensure: Must be certified within 6 months after 3-year qualification from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA 3yr) – or Surgical Technologist Certification (CST), or current certification from National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT-3yr 6240 hours) – Certified Tech in Surgery (TS-C) Must maintain a current valid certification of the following throughout employment: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association 289654 AZ - Surgical Tech
