Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products.
Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex issues and deliver seamless service.
Qualifications
1+ year of phone-based customer service experience.
Background in insurance environment
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
