About The Position ID: 56041392 Shift: Nights Mix of 12's and 8's/36 hours guaranteed/$115 is a flat rate, no multipliers/Must be willing Description: MUST BE ABLE TO START ON 9/8 -NO EXCEPTIONS! DO NOT SUBMIT IF THEY CAN'T START 9/8!*Effective 6/24/2024, any candidates presented to Brattleboro Retreat that live within 35 miles of the facility will be subject to a 10% rate decrease. Please include the candidates address or driver's license in the submission packet.The Clinical Nurse Manager is responsiblefor personnel, management and coordination of patient care activities for a defined area in accordance with established philosophy, objectives and policies of the facility to ensure safe, efficient and therapeutic patient care. Works effectively with other departments. The Clinical Nurse Manager is a key stakeholder in evaluation, referral to treatment, referral management and admissions at Brattleboro Retreat and is responsible for all related processes and staff. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Clinical Nurse Manager is responsible for the success of the following processes and key performance indicators including, but not limited to, referral processing turn-around time; referral completeness and accuracy; nursing standards and practices regarding the evaluation and admission of patients; the competencies related to the CLIA waived processes and point of care medical procedures and the staff that perform those functions; ensuring regulatory compliance for the entire admissions process and department; participating in nursing leadership meetings, performance improvement activities, and performance evaluations of staff. Submission requirements: 5+ years of recent continuousBehavioral HealthNurse Manager experience -REQUIREDCharge/Supervisor/Preceptor experience will not be considered, must haveClinical Nurse Manager or higher- REQUIREDExperience must be in aPsychiatric setting. Corrections, LTC, or nursing home experience will not be considered-REQUIREDMust be willing to float to other units and have a well rounded skill set of all age groups-REQUIREDPROFILE REQUIREMENTSResume with psych experience and age groupslisted Ex.
