Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of civil litigation, including strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda

Conduct legal research and provide in-depth analysis on complex legal issues

Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

Prepare witnesses, exhibits, and trial materials; participate in trial strategy and execution

Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Collaborate with a team of experienced trial attorneys on high-stakes litigation

Handle a varied caseload across multiple industries and practice areas

Key Requirements

4+ years of civil litigation experience

Active CA license and JD from ABA-accredited university

Demonstrated experience taking cases from inception to trial

Option for hybrid schedule, but candidates must reside in CA
