Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the executive team, the
Vice President of Finance
will scale all financial operations and shape the company’s strategic growth narrative. You will own FP&A, implement operational discipline, build real-time KPI visibility, and advise Go-To-Market, Product, and Customer Success leaders. What You Will Do
Lead FP&A and financial strategy:
Drive planning, forecasting, and analysis that support data-driven decisions and revenue growth.
Implement operational discipline:
Improve cost structures, metric visibility, and scalable processes across the business.
Partner cross-functionally:
Advise GTM, Product, and Customer Success on headcount, pricing, geographic expansion, and resource allocation.
Elevate financial reporting:
Build systems that surface real-time SaaS KPIs (ARR, CAC, CLTV) and operating benchmarks.
Enhance financial infrastructure:
Optimize tools, automation, and workflows for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Support investor relations & board reporting:
Shape board materials, craft the financial story, and contribute to capital-planning initiatives.
What You Will Bring
Senior-level finance leadership experience (VP Finance or equivalent) in a high-growth SaaS / enterprise-software environment.
Deep command of SaaS metrics, forecasting, financial modeling, and capital planning.
Proven ability to build and scale financial systems, tools, and close processes.
Strong operational-finance mindset, driving insight and accountability across teams.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with GTM, Product, and CS leaders.
High data fluency; comfortable leveraging analytics to influence stakeholders.
Experience supporting investor relations, board reporting, or fundraising is a plus.
Thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first startup; global-team exposure welcomed.
Familiarity with prompt-engineering techniques to boost productivity via generative-AI tools.
Compensation
Base salary range:
$240,000 – $260,000 , plus bonus and equity; exact package commensurate with skills, experience, and location. Benefits & Perks
