Demand Generation Manager

to build and own this function. This is a high-impact opportunity to help define the demand engine from the ground up, drive revenue outcomes, and shape the future of go-to-market strategy. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations, and report directly to the Head of Marketing. If you're energized by a blend of hands-on execution and strategic leadership in a fintech scale-up, this one’s for you. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid social, SEM, webinars, content). Optimize the funnel from MQL to SQL through nurture sequences, retargeting, and lead scoring. Own campaign reporting and insights across CAC, pipeline contribution, and channel performance. Collaborate across Sales, RevOps, and Product to align on ICPs, messaging, and campaign cadence. Requirements

3–5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing. Proven success running campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot. Strong analytical skills with comfort diving into KPIs, lead funnels, and performance metrics. Background in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS is essential; experience in startups is a plus.
