Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
Join a dynamic team at a family-owned business with a long-standing tradition of excellence. This role is situated in the main distribution center, supporting 94 retail locations throughout the Midwest. As a warehouse worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of inventory management and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Organize and store received materials in the warehouse.
Utilize an RF scanner to track and manage inventory.
Pull and prepare orders for daily shipment.
Stock and palletize orders following work orders.
Apply shrink wrap to prepare pallets for shipping.
Collaborate with forklift operators to move materials as necessary.
Essential Skills
Experience with forklift operation.
Proficiency in using RF scanners and pallet jacks.
Ability to handle general warehouse production tasks.
Skill in picking and order fulfillment.
Capacity for packing, loading, and material handling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months previous manual labor experience.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment
Work in a large distribution warehouse with multiple levels and fans. While it can get hot in the summer, the environment is flexible with start times, offering shifts from 5am to 2:30pm or 4pm to 12:30am, Monday-Friday, with every other Saturday required until Black Friday. Dress code includes closed-toed shoes, with the option to wear t-shirts and shorts in warmer weather.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SIOUX CITY, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
