Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will be key in maintaining and repairing various systems, from plumbing to electrical, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure the safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities and equipment.
Inspect, clean, and repair fixtures; identify wear and tear, and recommend replacements.
Perform major and minor repairs using skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment maintenance.
Diagnose issues using manuals, blueprints, and tools; respond promptly to emergencies.
Document all maintenance and repair activities.
Manage work orders, schedules, and contractor activities.
Complete documentation such as expense reports and maintenance logs.
Order and track parts and equipment; submit warranty claims.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
Verify contractor work meets company standards and safety requirements.
Coordinate equipment transport and storage.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in service, HVAC, troubleshooting, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenance.
Skills in plumbing, facilities maintenance, repair, painting, drywall, carpentry, and building maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Vocational or Technical certification and 3 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade, or 5 years' experience in these trades.
Valid Driver's License.
Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

Work Environment
This position requires domestic travel to multiple facilities or work-sites, occasionally necessitating consecutive overnight stays. Employees will work or train at multiple facilities or distant locations. While extended travel of seven days or more is generally not required, it may be necessary for management training and emergency situations.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of West Memphis, Arkansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $52000.00/yr.
-Performance bonus: based on manager review, 5% of their annual salary
-Sign on bonus is $2000; $1000 paid at 30 days and $1000 paid at 6 months of service
-All GM and HVAC technicians receive a vehicle and are allowed to take that vehicle home
-Must be open to local travel and potential travel for training purposes
-Cannot submit candidates who have applied in the past 30 days or failed the assessment in the past 90 days
-A Ramsey assessment will be completed during the interview with the hiring manager for all req's opened July 8, 2025 and after
-Must have clean driving record
-Will submit to a background check
-10 panel drug screen will be performed
