Job Summary: We are seeking an Experienced Paralegal Specialist to join our dynamic team, offering legal support on complex contracting issues and ensuring efficient contract lifecycle management. The role involves close collaboration with attorneys and clients to draft and negotiate contracts and budgets, adhering to established guidelines. The successful candidate will proactively manage client requests from initiation through resolution, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive paralegal support on various contracting matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and budgets within specified guidelines. Proactively follow up with clients, attorneys, and external parties to minimize contracting cycle times. Escalate delays and issues in the contracting process to team leads or attorneys when necessary. Prioritize and effectively manage a high volume of client requests, ensuring professional and timely resolutions.
Must-Have Skills:
Advanced contract negotiation skills Proficient in legal research Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
Industry Experience: Prior experience in a legal or paralegal role, preferably within a contractual or business law setting.
