Were expanding our team with a mid-level AI & Digital Systems Coordinator/Manager to lead the development of internal systems powered by AI and automation. This role is designed for someone who can think strategically about how AI can transform operations, while also being hands-on with implementation across platforms like Monday.com, HubSpot, Make.com, and n8n . Design and implement AI-powered workflows and digital systems to streamline internal operations (project management, reporting, scheduling, client communications). Act as a strategist and builder : identify where AI and automation can drive value, then create working solutions. Leverage existing platforms (ChatGPT, HubSpot, Monday.com, Make.com, n8n) rather than building from scratch. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure systems support both efficiency and creativity . Experiment with AI tools to test future client-facing applications of automation and digital systems. Support digital marketing initiatives by creating AI-driven content frameworks, reporting dashboards, and automation flows that enhance campaign performance. What Were Looking For
25 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or systems coordination . Hands-on experience with tools like Monday.com, HubSpot, Make.com, or n8n (or equivalent automation platforms). Strong prompt engineering skills and familiarity with platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity. A strategic mindset with the ability to design scalable systems, but also roll up your sleeves to execute. Comfort balancing marketing knowledge with operations efficiency
someone who understands campaigns as well as back-end workflows. Excellent communication skills and the ability to train team members on new systems. Nice to Have
Previous experience implementing AI-powered solutions inside a marketing agency or startup. Knowledge of CRM and automation integrations (HubSpot preferred).
