I'm partnered with a growing commercial drywall contractor that's looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team. What You'll Do: Prepare detailed cost estimates for metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and related scopes Analyze drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to define scope and quantities Develop accurate proposals and bids in coordination with project managers and clients Build and maintain vendor/subcontractor relationships for competitive pricing What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Drywall Estimator on commercial construction projects Strong understanding of drywall, framing, and ceiling systems Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Detail-oriented, analytical, and skilled in communication & negotiation Why Join: Competitive salary + benefits package Growing company with a strong backlog of commercial projects Career advancement opportunities and long-term stability
