Equipment Maintenance Technician - Full-Time (Direct Hire)
Location: Milford, MA
Employment Type: Regular Full-Time
Bonus: 5% annual bonus
Shifts Available:
PM Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Rotating schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off, including weekends) - 15% shift differential
Position Overview:
The Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance activities on process and support equipment in alignment with departmental schedules. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment reliability and operational safety in a cGMP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute assigned work per written procedures (SOPs, PM work orders, equipment manuals)
Adhere to all prescribed safety protocols during maintenance activities
Conduct periodic inspections to verify equipment performance and safety
Assist with equipment installations and develop basic safety and maintenance procedures
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to support needs as required
Train entry-level technicians and support sr technicians in troubleshooting
Use maintenance scheduling software to initiate, execute, and reconcile work orders
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Associate's Degree, certification, or license in a relevant maintenance trade preferred
2-5+ years of experience in process and support equipment maintenance
Minimum 1 year of experience in a cGMP environment, ideally within pharmaceutical or life sciences

The pay range for this position is $69200.00 - $84700.00/yr.
