1 Apply Now (https://phh.tbe.taleo.net/phh04/ats/careers/v2/applyRequisition?org=POWERENGINEERS&cws=44&rid=18744) Entry Level Civil Engineer Position (Overhead Transmission Line Design) POWER Engineers is currently seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer to work in the Power Delivery Overhead Transmission Line Department in Milwaukee, WI starting in January 2026. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of transmission line design for new lines, relocations, upgrades, and fiber optic additions. This position reports to the Saint Louis, Missouri office. Candidates must be willing and able to work effectively and efficiently in a hybrid work environment (i.e., remote, office-based, or a combination of the two). Required Education/Experience: BSCE (Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering) or related degree from an ABET-accredited university
The candidate must have a strong command of the English language with good written and oral communication skills to work effectively with internal team members and external client personnel
Experience using the Microsoft Office software suite
Must be able to work in the US without the need for work sponsorship
Desired Education/Experience: Minimum of a 2.75 GPA
Ideal coursework includes structural analysis, concrete, steel, soils, foundations, and surveying
Previous engineering design or drafting work experience, especially if related to civil and/or structural engineering, is desirable.
Engineer In Training (EIT) registration is desired.
