Paycom Online
The Client Success Intern will work closely with our Paycom Services teams to support meaningful projects while developing an unmatched perspective on client service. The Client Success Internship provides students with hands-on learning of what it means to become a configuration expert in Paycom's product offerings. The goal of the program is not to produce complete Paycom product expertise within one summer, but to expose interns to Paycom's software, service model, learning environment, expectations, and much more through impactful work that drives value to our clients and allows the intern to deeply understand the expectations of a fulltime offering as a Paycom Specialist.
Responsibilities
Develop deep understanding of select Paycom products through formal training programs.
Generate beneficial professional networks within multiple levels of business.
Partner with internal stakeholders to make recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiencies in processes
Work on projects specific to Paycom Services, analyzing feedback and providing data insights
Perform research and analysis in support of operations
Collaborate with Paycom's Operations departments, closely observing responsibilities, tasks, and activities
Develop an understanding of Paycom's core business and operating areas
Communicate updates on progress made week over week
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be entering final semester or two towards completing bachelor's degree and available for fulltime employment before August of 2027
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to work on sensitive issues with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects
Ability to quickly learn and execute tasks within new software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various departments.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
