We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy lightweight, domain-specific AI tools including embedded LLM agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and workflow co-pilots. This role is focused on solving real-world engineering and operational problems using narrowly scoped GenAI and ML solutions on local or hybrid infrastructure.
You will work cross-functionally with domain experts, data engineers, and product teams to design scalable, maintainable AI systems that enhance operational decision-making and productivity.

Proven ability to deploy models or agents to production (not just notebooks).
Experience with real-world problem-solving using AI (e.g., search optimization, document Q&A, co-pilots).
Soft Skills
Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to rapidly iterate, test, and deploy solutions in an agile environment.
Ability to work in hybrid/local-first infrastructure environments.
