Hybrid Work Model Available A top-tier highly ranked Am Law and Gloabl law firm is seeking a 4th or 5th Year Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized real estate practice. This role is ideal for attorneys with experience in complex real estate transactions, particularly those involving joint ventures and REITs. Key Responsibilities Represent lenders in construction and permanent financing transactions. Advise on joint venture structuring, equity investments, and entity formation. Support transactions involving REITs, real estate funds, and portfolio deals. Work across asset classes including residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land. Draft and negotiate financing and investment documents. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage deal execution and ensure compliance. Qualifications JD from a top-tier law school. 45 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on lender-side transactions. Experience with joint ventures, REITs, and real estate fund structures. Strong drafting, negotiation, and client service skills. Admission to the New York or Massachusetts bar, or eligibility to waive in. Preferred Attributes Minimal leasing or M&A experience required. Strong business acumen and collaborative mindset. Ability to manage multiple transactions and client relationships independently.
