Job Title: HVAC Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with a minimum of 5 years in residential HVAC installation and repair. This role requires professionalism in client-facing situations and involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems such as furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork. The technician will diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, perform system upgrades, and communicate with clients about repair options, while maintaining accurate service records and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
Perform system upgrades.
Communicate with clients to explain system issues and repair options.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Essential Skills
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in electrical troubleshooting and installation.
Knowledge of PLC control systems.
Experience in field service, repair, and preventive maintenance.
Familiarity with sheet metal and mechanical systems.
