As a Senior Program Manager for the Patient Monitors Platform, you will manage a portfolio of hardware monitors that enable cardiac device remote monitoring for patients worldwide. This role involves creating and driving product roadmaps, ensuring firmware, software, and hardware lifecycle management, supply continuity, and managing strategic global phase-in/phase-out. Important to figure out how to emphasize the need to ensure reliability, scalability, and simplicity in order to maximize platform success. This role will require less than 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business goals and customer needs. Identify and prioritize product opportunities and define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Manage technical debt, plan for component obsolescence, and address global technological changes. Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations, quality, marketing) to prioritize and implement product initiatives. Facilitate stakeholder communication to align teams and leadership. Leverage data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to inform decisions and optimize performance. Drive global demand forecasting and ensure supply continuity in partnership with Business Units, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial Regions. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advancements to refine product roadmaps. Must Have: BA/BS Degree with 7+ years of experience in engineering, product management or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree. Nice to Have MBA or advanced technical degree. Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or IT industry. Expertise in human-centered design, journey mapping, or behavioral science. Familiarity with business and financial modeling. Prior experience as a product manager or technical leader in a product-led operating model. Experience with instruments and embedded software. Bias towards action and proven ability to navigate a matrixed organization. Proven ability to: turn ambiguity and/or incomplete qualitative and quantitative data into a solid decision and path towards action. Securing alignment from a broad group of senior stakeholders. Medtronic or CRM experience is a plus. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $170,400.00 - $255,600.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
