We are currently searching for a senior project manager to join our team. The incumbent will work with a group of talented construction professionals that support our project teams, executive team, business developers, ownership leaders, subcontractor partners and administrative teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position will support current and upcoming projects in the Charleston, SC area. Responsibilities Budget management Project buyout execution Accounts receivable oversight Subcontractor procurement and agreements Shop drawing and submittal management Schedule creation and management Safety and quality plan implementation Client satisfaction and team collaboration
Qualifications
College degree in construction management, engineering, or similar or equivalent work experience 10+ years experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of seven years in project management Top candidates will possess strong knowledge of the local Charleston, SC area Strong written and oral communication skills Strong organizational skills Experience with Procore is a plus
