Responsibilities
Scrum Facilitation:
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices. Collaboration:
Foster collaboration within and between cross-functional teams, promoting communication and transparency. Facilitate discussions and decision-making to drive project success. Obstacle Removal:
Identify and eliminate impediments that hinder team progress. Proactively address challenges to ensure smooth delivery. Continuous Improvement:
Instill a culture of continuous improvement. Encourage reflection, feedback, and adoption of best practices to enhance team efficiency. Metrics and Reporting:
Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics. Provide visibility into performance and support data-driven decisions. Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals. Training and Coaching:
Provide Agile training and coaching. Mentor team members in Agile practices and support their growth. Additional Responsibilities
Guide the development of an effective, sustainable, high-performing Agile team through servant leadership and mentoring. Facilitate project meetings, road-mapping sessions, and gather feedback from all levels of leadership. Support continuous team, product, and process improvements. Communicate effectively to gain respect from team, stakeholders, and management. Resolve conflicts through arbitration, negotiation, and escalation when necessary. Identify and resolve impediments, dependencies, and dysfunctions promptly. Assist the product owner with backlog grooming. Coordinate across teams and reach out within the organization to remove impediments. Maintain relevant metrics for organizational visibility and team performance. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent, with 10+ years of relevant experience and at least 3 years in a Scrum Master or Agile leadership role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
