Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maximizing the value for a product Define the vision and roadmap for the product, define and prioritize stories in the product backlog, and articulate this to both stakeholders and the development team Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with the Product Manager in a scaled Agile model to ensure there is alignment Possess a working knowledge of the product, and basic understanding of the business or technology domain With some guidance, create the vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain Communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems Create and prioritize work for one team Learn to collaborate with cross-functional teams Create and prioritize stories in the product backlog Refine stories with the team to ensure there are enough "ready stories to load the next 1-2 sprints Review and accept stories and is empowered to make on-the-spot decisions on scope and requirements Work in partnership with the team to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and through an advanced understanding of the business Individual contributor
Requirements:
5+ years' experience Agile tools and Jira
Desired skills:

Pay range:
$63.94 - $71.94
