We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Industry Solutions (L&A) expert to join our Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as an Industry L&A expert (TPA background will be an advantage), leveraging strategic solutioning experience, pursuit building, providing thought leadership, and the ability to deliver innovative, outcome-based solutions. The Insurance Solutions leader role will serve as an authority on the Insurance industry within NTT DATA and with customers. Expected to manage large pursuits or strategic customer relationships of critical importance Insurance industry-wide authority Develops advanced/leading-edge solutions and/or concepts Creatively and strategically supports key business objectives Develops innovative solutions, systems, and products to support NTT DATA objectives Builds external alliances with customers and industry experts to gain and share information and industry trends Problem Solving

Applies thought leadership. Understand our competitive position and helps build win strategies for our large pursuits involving the Insurance industry vertical. Shapes long-term strategic direction and reputation of NTT DATA Insurance Services. Develops integrated business solutions across business units. Uncovers strategic issues from a scientific/technical perspective. Creates solutions that enhance NTT DATA's ability to deliver services to clients. Ensures products and services are aligned with current and future needs and expectations. Guidance

Guided by brand and functional strategy. Models organizational and industry standards for innovation. Directs pursuits of critical importance to NTT DATA. Breaks new ground; changes and shapes the industry. Analyzes long-term impact of new or anticipated strategies. Relationships

Contributes to NTT DATA business and functional strategy. Impacts NTT DATA results, image, or operational effectiveness. Provides influence and authoritative advice at the most senior levels. Reaches out to support and collaborate with other business functions. Provides consultation, influence decisions, and identify and resolve critical issues. Assumes a lead role as an advisor for large and complex integrated BPO, TPA, BPaaS, and Tech pursuits. Leads the development of innovative ideas and principles. Applies state-of-the-art knowledge of technology alternatives and generates leading edge solutions. Provides direction for the entire consulting group and makes decisions on approaches and procedures. Manages to completion pursuits that span multi-functional, multi-national, and multiple sites. Develops and maintains effective relationships with top executives in targeted companies and participates as a key member in solutions and strategy decisions. Designs and delivers multiple enterprise-wide system solutions to the external customer. Is responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities at existing clients as well as opportunities with new clients. Develops and explains business cases to Senior Executives within the company. Viewed as a technology expert and regularly speaks at conferences and publishes white papers. Job Scope Differentiators

Managed/direct large sales pursuits size: >$50 million TCV. Was responsible for annual TCV target upwards of $100 million. Other Qualifications

15+ years of Insurance industry experience and 10+ years of solutioning or business development experience. Graduate degree.
