Lead all phases of project management from preconstruction through closeout. Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, schedules, and contract compliance. Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance. Coordinate with architects, engineers, city officials, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely completion. Prepare reports, manage documentation, and maintain open communication with clients and senior leadership. Proactively resolve challenges to deliver projects on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. 7+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role. Proven track record managing NYC public sector projects (SCA, DDC, DASNY, or similar). Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgets, and scheduling. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client communication skills. Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera, etc.). What's on Offer
