Our Senior Manager of Talent will lead enterprise-wide talent strategy. They will partner with stakeholders to assess, develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate talent solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role will manage multiple ongoing projects and prioritize work for Training and Communications, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition teams. The person will apply proven talent strategy and operational expertise to deliver solutions that impact employee engagement, development, and retention. This role will have 4 direct reports. Responsibilities

Lead our talent strategy for employee engagement, including surveys and action planning. Oversee engagement event planning (e.g., monthly and biannual Support Center events). Lead the annual Performance Review process and drive continuous improvement. Enhance our current employee onboarding strategy and develop enterprise-wide solutions for various audiences. Design, develop, implement, and analyze employee recognition initiatives. Lead Talent Review and Succession Planning processes and implement solutions to support internal promotions. Identify training and talent metrics, complete analyses, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve work environment, culture, and retention. Identify and prioritize training initiatives, including compliance, functional, and leadership content. Consult on communications content, delivery, risk, and stakeholder implications. Develop and enhance our talent acquisition strategy and metric analysis, including our Employee Value Proposition. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or organizational development preferred. 12-15 years of related work experience preferred. Experience leading high-impact teams with a minimum of 3 direct reports. Strong focus on accuracy and consistency to deliver high-quality, error-free resources and programs. Proven experience overseeing design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide programs. Experience communicating with diverse groups of customers and audiences. Experience writing clear company-wide communications for national audiences. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Expertise with Microsoft Office programs highly preferred. Ability to quickly learn the organization’s culture, goals, and priorities to uphold PLS identity and brand standards. Experience in financial services and multi-unit retail organizations is preferable. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

This role requires regular in-person collaboration with team members at the Chicago Support Center. Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance. Must manage several tasks concurrently and handle frequent interruptions to meet customer needs.
