Director of College Counseling As our College Counseling Director, you will help lead college counseling efforts and matriculation strategies at your site, so that students from underserved communities can successfully navigate the college admissions process and pursue higher education.

Lead goal-setting processes with the site’s college counseling team to develop a strategic plan for matriculation and college readiness.

Oversee the management of scholar caseloads, including assigning juniors and seniors to team members and directly counseling a caseload yourself.

Collaborate with College Track’s central College Counseling team to ensure alignment in college counseling strategies.

Track key student metrics and progress toward matriculation goals.

College Counselor & Advisor (LEAD Curriculum) As our College Counselor & Advisor, you will facilitate College Track’s LEAD curriculum and college readiness programming, helping scholars explore their purpose, develop leadership skills, and complete critical college access milestones. You will also provide individualized college advising to a caseload of scholars, guiding them through the process of preparing for, applying to, enrolling in and matriculating to college, in partnership with site teams and families.

Additional College Counselor & Advisor Roles Multiple locations: Aurora, Colorado; East Palo Alto, California; Los Angeles, California. Each role includes facilitating LEAD curriculum, providing individualized college advising, and collaborating with site teams and families to co-create a scholar-centered experience.

Director and Senior Roles Director of Program: As our Director of Program, you will oversee day-to-day site management to deliver leadership development programming that prepares College Track Scholars. Day to day, you will:

Coach and manage all College Track staff running programming.

Co-create a student-centered environment for young people of different backgrounds.

Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for scholars, staff and visitors.

Requirements include flexibility and adaptability and prior experience in program management.

Managing Director, Human Resources As our Managing Director, Human Resources, you will serve as a strategic leader, responsible for developing and executing people strategies that ensure we excel at onboarding, offboarding, compensation, and benefits administration, while partnering with organization-wide leadership.

Collaborate with CT’s Leadership to drive organizational goals through workplace culture, workforce planning, performance management, and retention.

Directly administer College Track’s human resource programs including benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, employee relations and conflict resolution, performance management, and mandatory trainings.

Operations Manager As our Operations Manager, you will manage day-to-day site operations including administration, people and culture, finances, and facilities management. You will ensure systems are in place to bring order and stability to the team.
